- Basic things are run fairly - They provide free hot and cold drinking water on the 1st floor

- They don't accept payment by card, they required us to pay in cash right on checking in, and I have to find the ATM to pay them at 11:30 PM night - I booked the room with 2 double beds for 4 adults but they said to me this room was full and asked us to get the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (3 adults). THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY RECOMMENDATIONS, JUST ASKED US TO CHANGE WITHOUT SORRY - The door is hardly closed and opened - When I checked out, they required us to return them the air conditioning remote and the used towels (it is so weird to return the used towels). When I said I left them in the room, they threw the card room IN FRONT OF ME - The hotel doesn't open 24/24

The oyo Hotel mislead us by stating it is only RM31.20. but did ask us to pay RM40

1. The most IMPORTANT point: the main door will close at 11pm and the hotel does not offer any side door, which means you can’t go out and chill at night 2. It didn’t offer parking lot and it is nearly impossible to find a parking spot around that area unless you pay 3. No hairdryer

The location is good. It's in petaling streen. Convenient to other places.

The wifi is really bad. One day the WIFI was acting up whole day, when I approached to the stuff in reception desk, he said it is normal and asked me to watch TV... How can you stay in a hotel without wifi nowadays? And I don't know their language in TV! And this hotel required for payment on arrival without going through booking.com. Since money has been gone into their pocket, there is no way to get refund and change hotel. Be cautious!

The location.

This is not a Hotel, its just an old, unkept building pretending to be a Hotel. The staff were unprofessional and looked bored. Booking.com need to take this Hotel off their list of places to stay in KL as it gives a very bad first impression. There are too many things too talk about here, put simply one of the worst Hotels that I have ever stayed in.

Book 1queen and 1single triple room, but gave 1 queen bed only. Low water pressure, spider net, no window per advertise that misleading, not confort bed.

Siamo arrivati in hotel e l'accoglienza non era delle migliori perché alla reception non era in grado di fare il cekin in entrata poi dopo 20 minuti ci ha dato le chiavi, siamo saliti in stanza e le coperte erano sporchissime c'era anche un odore sgradevole e la pulizia era inesistente cerano anche delle blatte nelle camere

Das Hotel ist mit sicherheit eines der dreckigsten Hotels, die es gibt. Es riecht gleich schon in der Lobby nach Schimmel und die Lobby ähnelt einer Müllhalde. Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig und unter dem Bett zugemüllt. An den Wänden überall Flecken von weiß Gotr was.. :-( Das Bad hatte eine mit Schimmel überzogene Decke und der Gang zum Zimmer ebenso. Unser Bettlacken war dreckig, nach Reklamation meinte die Reinigungskraft nur schnippisch sie habe es am Morgen gewechselt und war nicht sehr bereit ein neues auf zu ziehen, erst nach Diskussion und dass wir darauf bestehen wurde es gemacht. Dass Zimmer wurde lange nicht gereinigt und der Strom ging weil wir eine kaputte Schlüsselkarte bekamen zu 80% von unserem aufenthalt nicht. Der Schimmel zog sich über die gesamte Hoteldecke. Ich denke dieses Hotel ist gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich. Ich rate jedem von dieser Unterkunft ab, vorallem mit Kindern würde ich einen bogen um dieses Hotel machen. In einem Hotelzimmer ohne funktionierende Belüftung oder Fenster ist der Schimmel noch einmal um vieles gefährlicher. Jeder € für diese unterkunft ist eine Verschwendung. Unter unserem Bett stapelten sich Chipstüten, Haare, tote Käfer und andere unerkennbare Abfälle. Das Personal spricht sehr schlecht Englisch ist aber teilweise freundlich. Es muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden, welche aber nirgens angegeben ist. Komisch, dass die OYO-Gruppe mit diesem Hotel kooperiert.
